Newsflash: Date change for US Daylight Saving Time

Starting in the spring of 2007, Daylight Saving Time (DST) start and end dates for the US will change to comply with the Energy Policy Act of 2005.

DST dates in the US will:

  • start three weeks earlier - 2:00 am on the second Sunday in March (11 March 2007)
  • end one week later - 2:00 am on the first Sunday in November (4 November 2007)

There are no patches for the UPM product associated with these date changes.
